1. Who are you and what do you do? 
   My name is Abi and I'm a full time British student about to start my PhD.
   
   
2. How would you describe your style in 3 words?
   I think I would describe my style as cute, dark, and random.
   
   
3. What do you think being goth means today? 
   I believe goth will always be first and foremost about the music. But it's also become this huge community for all of us like minded weirdos to share our love for the macabre. To me, goth is a safe place, where you can feel free to explore your identity.
   
   
4. Who/what are some of your influences and inspirations? 
   My main inspiration in life is honestly myself. I've been through a lot and survived it, and every time I remember that it makes me that bit more determined to succeed! Even with fashion, my style has always come from putting together whatever clothes and makeup I wanted, because how you dress is for you, no one else!

6. What have you been listening to recently?
   I listen to an absolute mismatch of music! In summer I tend to listen to more folk music so I've been loving that recently. But I will never be able to stop listening to the goth gods that are The Cure, Siouxsie and the banshees, and the Sisters of Mercy.
