    We are located at the following address: Mary Wyatt London, Unit B / D, Leeds Place, Finsbury Park, London, N4 3RF, United Kingdom.
    However please note that we are not open to the public, however you're always welcome to collect an order from us if you're in the area! (appointment only).
      • What does Pre-Order mean?
        Many of our items are available to pre-order - the listings for these items will include an approximate date that the item will be shipped to you. As our collections are produced in small runs only, this ensures that you will receive a product that may otherwise sell out.

        If you have purchased an order containing a 'pre-order' item as well as items available for immediate despatch, your whole order will be paused and shipped together once the 'pre-order' item is ready. If you need the other items in a hurry, we recommend placing two separate orders.

      • What does 'Made to Order' mean?
        While we hold stock of the majority of our 'core' items, we occasionally offer some pieces on a 'made to order' basis. This means that certain products are made to customer demand at first, so we don't produce more than we need and it helps us stay sustainable by reducing stock waste. It also keeps pieces exclusive in smaller quantity product runs! 
        If an item is 'made to order' it will be noted on the product description, along with the time frame in which you should expect your item to dispatch.

        If you have made an order containing 'made-to-order' item as well as items available for immediate despatch, your whole order will be paused and shipped together once the 'made-to-order' item is ready. If you need the other items in a hurry, we recommend placing two separate orders.

      • BREXIT! Are you still shipping to the EU?
        Yes! We are still shipping items to the EU. At the moment we don't have a lot of information on how things will change, as things are still developing.

      • How much is shipping?
        UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.50 for UK Standard Tracked, £6.50 for UK Express Tracked, of £9.50 for UK Next (working) Day Delivery (cut off 4pm).

        International shipping is based on weight, and charged at approximately £9.50-£25 depending on your location.

        Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.

      • How long does shipping take?
        We are a very small (but growing!) company and we do our best to get your orders despatched as soon as possible. We ideally aim to despatch the next working day, but it can take around 5-7 working days during busy periods (eg. sales, promotions & new collection launches).

        The cut off time for Express and UK Next (working) Day delivery is 4pm on a Monday-Friday. Any orders placed outside of these times will be shipped the following working day.

        Please check the product descriptions for each item you are ordering when selecting your shipping method, as not all items are available for immediate despatch.

        If you are in a rush for a garment, please contact us at shop@marywyattlondon.com and we will do our best to make sure you get your order in time for that special event or holiday. 

        • Domestic UK shipping options: 

          We do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays, and our UK shipping partner Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

          UK STANDARD TRACKED - this should be with you no more than 2 working days after you receive your shipping notification.

          UK EXPRESS TRACKED - this should be with you no more than 1 working days after you receive your shipping notification.

          UK NEXT DAY (Mon-Fri, 4PM CUT OFF) - this is a guaranteed service that means your order should be with you no later than 1pm the next working day. Please note that this does not include weekends or bank holidays.
          If your order is placed after 4pm on a Friday, then it will not be shipped until the following Monday. In the instance of a bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.


        • International shipping

          This is sent via an International Tracked/Signed For service where possible, and will take at least 5-7 working day
          s after your shipping notification (however please note that we cannot guarantee international shipping times during the Covid-19 pandemic).

          Please note that certain countries do not allow a Tracked/Signed For option; if you have any concerns before placing your order it is best to check with your local shipping provider. 

          Once we have dispatched your parcel it is no longer our responsibility and if you have concerns about it's whereabouts we recommend contacting your local shipping provider. 

          Please note that the customer is liable for any import duties or taxes once the item reaches the country of destination.

        • Can I Return/Exchange an item?
          You may return an item for a refund within 28 days of receipt, however please note that clearance (sale) items are final sale, and can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

          The item must be in an unworn, sellable condition, in original packaging and with any tags still attached
          . The item must be free from pet hair, cosmetic marks or perfume - otherwise we hold the right to reject the return.

          Please note: we are currently only able to offer UK exchanges. Any international customers wishing to exchange an item for another size will need to place a new order.

        • When will (insert item here) be back in stock?
          Often our items will not be restocked as we produce exclusive designs in limited numbers. If you can't get enough of something but it’s out of stock, drop us an email to shop@marywyattlondon.com and let us know!

          • Can I cancel my order?
            Order cancellations can only be considered within the first 24hrs after your order has been placed. This is because we get to work quickly on picking,  preparing and packing your orders. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at shop@marywyattlondon.com as soon as possible, stating your reason. Please note that cancellations are at our descretion.
