Covid-19 Update

UPDATE FROM MARY WYATT LONDON: 06/01/2021

London has been placed back into a national lockdown due to the increasing number of Covid-19 cases in and around the Capital.


We are still fully operational at Mary Wyatt HQ!

We a small but strong team of three, however to keep in line with the government social-distancing regulations we are down to just one team member packing and processing all orders. While we endeavour to ship orders within 48 hours, during these times please allow up to 7 working days for your order to dispatch.

Certain items are currently 'made to order' and can take approximately 14 days to dispatch. This is due to restrictions placed on our factories as a result of this third lockdown. It also minimises stock waste, so we're only making the quantities we need. If an item is 'made to order', it will be stated on the product listing.

We are currently not allowing customers to collect/return orders in person, however you will always be able to shop with us online 24/7!

We have been truly humbled by our lovely customers and the increasing support that you all have continued to show during times where shopping with small businesses is so crucially important.

UK SHIPPING:

Our shipping partner Royal Mail are still functioning in the UK, however please note that they are operating with minor delays in certain areas due to Covid-19 restrictions and as they clear the remaining backlog from the Christmas period.

We have been made aware that some UK parcels are not being scanned in at their usual checkpoints (to minimise human contact), and therefore the tracking of your parcel may not update until it's delivered - so please don't be alarmed if your parcel looks 'stuck' for a few days!

It's recommended that you contact your local delivery office directly if you are concerned about any delays.

If you need your order for a specific date, we would recommend selecting our priority 'Special Delivery by 1pm' service which is guaranteed to arrive the next day - however please contact us prior to doing so so we can confirm whether everything you'd like to order is available for immediate dispatch.

Unfortunately Royal Mail are currently unable to guarantee transit times for the 24hr & 48hr Tracked services that we also offer.


With all of this is mind, we currently cannot guarantee or advise on specific UK delivery estimates.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are still shipping to the EU and worldwide!

Royal Mail have re-opened the borders to EU freight, however please note that there are possible delays given the current restrictions around air, road, ferry and train movements from the UK overseas.

We would advise any international customers to look up the current delivery guidelines for their local postage carrier, as we are also aware of severe delays in other non-EU countries (for example, Canada and Turkey) due to limited air space.

We currently cannot guarantee or advise on specific EU / International delivery estimates.


UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

We are currently allowing 28 days from the day your purchase arrives to return it to us for a refund (UK & Int'l) or an exchange (UK only).

We understand that returned parcels may take considerably longer to arrive back with us at Mary Wyatt HQ, however we strongly advise you to send any returns back to us using a tracked service.

If you need to return an item from Europe / Int'l and are currently unable to do so due to any local restrictions, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@marywyattlondon.com.
