Covid-19 Update

An Update from MW HQ

On Monday night the Government announced that all non-essential shops were to close immediately, so with that in mind we will no longer be allowing customers to visit our Stoke Newington store, but you will always be able to shop with us online. We’re unsure how long these restrictions will stay in place, but don’t worry, when they’re lifted we’ll throw a party. Mary Wyatt is a small but strong team of three and we're are all fortunate enough to not need to take public transport to get to our studio and can complete our commute without coming into contact with anyone.

Working Remotely
We have the measures in place to run Mary Wyatt remotely, and as a team we take it in turns to lovingly pack and ship your orders in isolation, in conditions with the utmost hygiene. This means that we are still fully operational. We are forever humbled by our lovely customers and the increasing support that you all continue to show us at a time when shopping with small businesses is so crucially important.

Collection Fourteen Drop 2 was due to be released on March 30th, however we have made the decision to postpone this to ensure our London factories can work safely, and for the worst of Covid-19 to pass. In the meantime, we plan to release two super comfy pieces from the collection early - watch this space :)

Shipping & Returns

We can also confirm that our shipping partners Royal Mail are still fully functioning with only minimal delays in the UK; however international customers may want to look up the current delivery guidelines for your local postal service.

Also with these uncertain times in mind, we have extended our returns & exchange window to 60 days for your peace of mind. We know that retail therapy might not be high on everyone’s list right now, but if you do choose to shop us, we hope we can bring you a small piece of happiness all the way from London.

From the bottom of our hearts - we’re truly grateful for all of you! Look after yourself, stay safe, healthy and stay at home.

Much Love,

Nicola Mary Wyatt xo
