EU Shipping Post-Brexit
As of January the 1st we are sad to say that England will no longer be part of the EU.
To the best of our knowledge given the information we have received from HMRC & the UK Government, customers in the EU should not be charged additional custom duties when buying from Mary Wyatt.
Unlike the vast majority of brands based in the UK, we do not mass produce our garments internationally in countries such as China.
We produce our garments sustainably and locally in London, with our fabrics predominantly being milled in the UK.
Under the new EU trading laws, products manufactured in the UK should be subject to 0% import duty.
However please note that we cannot yet confirm anything indefinitely, or be held responsible for any additional charges.
As the EU adjusts to the additional bureaucracy and paperwork, we have been advised there may be some slight delays. Please be sure to keep an eye on your tracking as your parcel makes its way to you.
PLEASE NOTE: This situation is constantly evolving, therefore we strongly recommend checking with your local authorities for country-specific rules and regulations and further information prior to placing your order.
We will update this page as more details are released, so please keep checking for any new developments.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE. We can not be responsible for any additional charges imposed by local regulators.
BELGIUM: It has come to our attention that although there is an EU Trade agreement, Belgium is imposing its own charges on all packages coming from the UK over 22 Euros. This is obviously very disappointing and we are very sad this is the case for our Belgian customers. We will continue to monitor the situation.
If you have any questions please contact email@example.com or drop us a message on our live chat and we will get back to you ASAP.
This year we plan to share more about ourselves, our manufacturing process and life behind the scenes at Mary Wyatt. Keep your eyes peeled, and don't forget to subscribe to our mailing list to never miss a thing.
