EU Shipping Post-Brexit

England is no longer part of the European Union (EU). All orders to countries within the European Union will now need to go through customs.

Due to the new EU regulations all orders shipped to the EU may now be subject to VAT and customs duties. We advise you please contact your customs office prior to purchasing to get an estimate of any charges you may be subject to.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any additional import or customs fees. Orders under €150 will now incur Vat or customs charges.

As the EU adjusts to the additional bureaucracy and paperwork, we have been advised there may be additional delays. Please be sure to keep an eye on your tracking as your parcel makes its way to you.

This situation is constantly evolving, therefore we strongly recommend checking with your local authorities for country-specific rules and regulations and further information prior to placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or parcels that do not make it back to us if charges are rejected. The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT/POSTAL SERVICE WEBSITE, as Mary Wyatt can not be responsible for any additional charges imposed by local regulators.

If you have any questions please contact shop@marywyattlondon.com or drop us a message on our live chat and we will get back to you ASAP.
