HOW IT WORKS

01. ORDER & PROTECT

Opt-in for Swap Protect when checking out your order as normal. The insurance amount is calculated based on your basket total. If you don't want to protect your parcel, simply remove Swap Protect from your basket at checkout.

02. TRACK

Once your order is on its way to you, keep an eye on your shipment throughout it's journey. If your parcel is marked as delivered but has gone missing or is presumed lost, this is where Swap Protect has your back.

03. MAKE A CLAIM

Things don't always go to plan. If you need a make a claim, simply visit our portal, fill out your details and then follow the simple steps for a quick and easy resolution.

HOW DO I ADD SWAP PROTECT TO MY ORDER?

Swap Protect is added to your basket at the checkout. If you would prefer not to protect your shipment, simply remove it from your basket before checking out.

HOW LONG HAVE I GOT TO MAKE A CLAIM?

If your shipment was marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please allow 3 days before making your claim.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") please allow 5 days from the last tracking update before submitting your claim.

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date on which you first placed your order on our website.

HELP! I ADDED SWAP PROTECT BY MISTAKE

No problem at all, you can easily remove it from your cart at any time throughout the checkout process. If you have mistakenly purchased Swap Protect, please reach out to help@marywyattlondon.com and we can issue you a refund. Please note, you must let us know before your order has been despatched.

HOW IS MY SWAP PROTECTION RATE CALCULATED?

Swap Protect is a minimum of £3 per protected order. If your basket is in excess of £100, your rate is calculated by increasing increments, at approximately 3% of your basket total.

I NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM. WHAT DO I DO?

Click here to open our claims portal and have your order number and e-mail to hand. Simply enter your details as prompted and follow the instructions to submit your claim to the Swap Protect team.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY CLAIM IS SUBMITTED?

Once you have submitted your claim through the portal, Swap's claims team will review this right away. You will be contacted regarding your claim conclusion and details within 48 hours.

CAN MY CLAIM BE REJECTED?

Although extremely unlikely, Swap Protect may reject your claim if it falls outside the claim window, or they have reason to believe the service is being improperly used. For full terms and conditions please click here.

WHAT DOES CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING MEAN?
