The MW office will be closed from 6pm December 24th through till New Years Day. All enquiries via customer service will be replied to on January 2nd when we return to the office.
If you have a request relating to a return or exchange, we have extended returns periods over the holidays till January 25th for all orders placed between 25th November 2024 and 25th December 2024. Returns placed during this period will be processed from 3rd Jan.
FAQ
We have a small selection of our products available to shop in person at our sister company Parliament Tattoo in North London. We recommend contacting us at help@marywyattlondon.com before your visit if there's a particular product and size/s you're looking for, so we can check whether it's available in-store.
Parliament Tattoo is open Monday-Saturday from 11am-6pm.
Our customer service team operates from 10-6pm GMT Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Your query will be responded to the next working day if you contact us out of these hours.
As we're based in the UK, our product prices are set in £ / GBP. You can find a currency converter on the top right-hand side of our browser website, where you can convert to your local currency for an estimate based on the current exchange rate. Please note that this is intended as a guide, and when you check out these rates may vary slightly, and some markets have duties added to the international price calculations. We do not refund price differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
We offer our products in sizes UK 6 - 20/22. Please note our sizes are shown as UK.
We recommend checking your measurements against our General Size Guide if you're unsure, alternatively, please email help@marywyattlondon.com where we can help recommend a size.
Some of our items are available to pre-order - the product pages for these items will include an approximate date that the item will be shipped to you. As our collections are produced in small runs only, this ensures that you will receive a product that may otherwise sell out.
If you have purchased an order containing a 'pre-order' item as well as items available for immediate despatch, your whole order will be paused and shipped together once the 'pre-order' item is ready.
If you need the other items in a hurry, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Yes! We offer e-gift cards ranging from £20 to £200, which will be delivered via email to yourself or directly to the recipient. This email will contain instructions on how to redeem the e-gift card, which will be provided as a unique code that can be entered at the checkout. If your shopping cart total exceeds your gift card limit, you will have the option to partially pay with your e-gift card and cover the difference with another payment method. If your shopping cart total is below your e-gift card limit, you can spend the remaining balance on multiple future orders, until the balance has been spent. There is no expiry date on the gift card.
Please note Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Often our items will not be restocked as we produce exclusive designs in limited numbers. If you can't get enough of something but it’s out of stock, drop us an email to help@marywyattlondon.com and let us know!
Each VIP points discount code is single-use and exclusively valid for the customer who redeemed it. To use the code, you must be logged into your account, and it can be applied to full-price items only.
If you're having problems with a discount code, please carefully check you are entering it correctly - we recommend copying/pasting directly into the box. Please also check for your code expiry date.

If the product you have purchased is available for collection you will be able to select 'Pickup In Store' for our Mary Wyatt Warehouse at checkout.
Your order collection point will be Parliament Tattoo, Unit D, Leeds Place, London.
Collection hours are from 11am-6pm Monday - Saturday.
We cannot guarantee any size amendments after your order has been placed. Please email help@marywyattlondon.com within 2 hours of placing your order, and we'll do our best!

If your order has already been despatched by our warehouse, unfortunately we cannot cancel it.

If your cancellation request is sent outside of business hours, or over a weekend, please wait for confirmation the next working day.
In the instance that we cannot cancel your order, if you no longer require the item, you will need to return it to us after delivery. Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery fee plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
England is no longer part of the European Union (EU).
If you are based in the EU, you will be liable for additional VAT, import taxes, or customs duties. These will be added at checkout and visible under the shipping rate as 'Taxes and Duties'.
Please consult your local government website or customs office for more information, as we cannot advise on EU charges for other countries or reimburse any additional costs incurred.
Taxation in your country depends on the local GST/VAT rates, the item category, and its declared value. For more information on local charges, you will need to contact your local government website or customs office prior to placing your order, as each country also has its own thresholds.
We are legally unable to adjust the declared value of your parcel. Any such requests may be ignored.

PROMOTIONS & SALES
Outlet items are items that are permanently discounted. This would be an item that is in the sale when there is no other promotion or site-wide sale going on (eg. Black Friday).
Occasionally, we may offer our customers a free worldwide shipping promotion.
Please note, each country has a specific minimum spend requirement, and this promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Before reaching out to us, please ensure that your basket meets the minimum spend requirement for your country and that no other discount codes are currently applied, as these will override the automatic free shipping offer. For details on the minimum spend, check your email. Didn’t receive an email? Make sure you’re signed up for our mailing list, so you don’t miss out on important information!
Additionally, please confirm that you’ve selected 'standard shipping,' as express shipping is typically not included in our free worldwide shipping promotions.

Samples & Seconds Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. For this reason, brand labels may have been cut. Please check photos and descriptions carefully for details of each item and any minor flaws they may have. This message is also noted on all S&S Sale product pages.
