DESPATCH & DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all Standard Tracked service orders within 2-3 business days of purchase, however, please allow up to 7-10 business days during peak periods (e.g. sales, promotions or surrounding events and new collection launches).
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Due to ongoing changes in the tariff system some US packages are currently experiencing border delays. We are unable to supply specific updates relating to this, please contact FedEx directly using your tracking number.
