DELIVERY INFORMATION
Mary Wyatt is a small team.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase, however, please allow up to 7 business days during peak periods (e.g. sales, promotions and new collection launches).
Please carefully check the product descriptions for each item when selecting your shipping method, as some items may not be available for immediate despatch (eg. pre-order items).
If you are in a rush for a garment, please contact us at help@marywyattlondon.com and we will do our best to get your order to you in time for that special event.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have provided us with the correct delivery address, as once a parcel has been despatched from Mary Wyatt HQ we cannot facilitate any address changes.
Mary Wyatt cannot be held responsible for any undeliverable parcels due incorrect or incomplete addresses and/or parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Mary Wyatt cannot be held responsibly for delivery issues due to the customer not being home. If your parcel has been marked as 'delivered' by the courier however you do not have it, you will need to personally contact the courier to make a claim.
We send all of our parcels on a tracked service and most of our shipping partners also provide a photo evidence of delivery. If we have photo proof of delivery however you believe your parcel has been stolen, please report it to the police and let us know your Crime Reference Number so we can investigate it further with the courier. Without this, we cannot take responsibility and may be unable to replace or reimburse your item.

Your order should be with you approximately 2 working days after you receive your shipping notification, however please note that during busy seasons this can take longer.
Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and bank holidays.

UK Next Day Delivery (Fedex): £7.50
The cut-off for Fedex UK Next Day Delivery is 1pm Monday-Thursday.
This is a guaranteed service and your order should be with you the next working day after you receive your shipping notification.
Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be despatched the same day, however may not be delivered until the following working day (eg. Monday, or in the instance of a Bank Holiday, the subsequent next working day).
Any orders placed outside of these times will be shipped the following working day.
(Please note that for remote locations this can be a 2-day service. Please enquire in advance to avoid disappointment).
Please note that Fedex Next Day Delivery does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
We can sometimes accommodate FedEx Saturday delivery requests, however there will be an extra charge - please contact us for a quote!

Genuinely blown away by this dress. The fabric is unbelievably soft and high quality, the leg slit is in the perfect place and the dress is cut so perfectly it gives you an incredible figure. The fact that it gives me cleavage with A cups is definite witchcraft. My all-time favoruite dress!

I love this dress, it's very versatile, on its own it's minimalist but stylish, it's great for accessorizing and layering. I like that it's flattering but not too revealing. I wish that the corset "boning" was a little more obvious because it doesn't stand out in some lighting, but overall I'm very happy with it. Runs true to size, I got a size 6 which is my standard size for Mary Wyatt dresses, I'm 5'3" and 100 lbs, 32" bust, 26" waist, it comes down to just above my ankles.

Very surprised by the material wich is very sturdy and will have a great durability. Thought this would be finer, so pleasantly surprised as always. The cut is verrrry flattering even in a size 20. It is a bit snug in the boobs for me,but the cleavage result is very nice. Missed it on the first round, very pleased to grab it on restock.
