Mary Wyatt is a small team.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase, however, please allow up to 7 business days during peak periods (e.g. sales, promotions and new collection launches).
Please carefully check the product descriptions for each item when selecting your shipping method, as some items may not be available for immediate despatch (eg. pre-order items).
If you are in a rush for a garment, please contact us at help@marywyattlondon.com and we will do our best to get your order to you in time for that special event.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have provided us with the correct delivery address, as once a parcel has been despatched from Mary Wyatt HQ we cannot facilitate any address changes.
Mary Wyatt cannot be held responsible for any undeliverable parcels due incorrect or incomplete addresses and/or parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Mary Wyatt cannot be held responsibly for delivery issues due to the customer not being home. If your parcel has been marked as 'delivered' by the courier however you do not have it, you will need to personally contact the courier to make a claim.
We send all of our parcels on a tracked service and most of our shipping partners also provide a photo evidence of delivery. If we have photo proof of delivery however you believe your parcel has been stolen, please report it to the police and let us know your Crime Reference Number so we can investigate it further with the courier. Without this, we cannot take responsibility and may be unable to replace or reimburse your item.

Sent via Royal Mail on a fully tracked, economy service.
Your order should be with you approximately 2 working days after you receive your shipping notification, however please note that during busy seasons this can take longer.
Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and bank holidays.

UK Next Day Delivery (Fedex): £7.50
The cut-off for Fedex UK Next Day Delivery is 1pm Monday-Thursday.
This is a guaranteed service and your order should be with you the next working day after you receive your shipping notification.
Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be despatched the same day, however may not be delivered until the following working day (eg. Monday, or in the instance of a Bank Holiday, the subsequent next working day).
Any orders placed outside of these times will be shipped the following working day.
(Please note that for remote locations this can be a 2-day service. Please enquire in advance to avoid disappointment).
Please note that Fedex Next Day Delivery does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
We can sometimes accommodate FedEx Saturday delivery requests, however there will be an extra charge - please contact us for a quote!

I love this dress. It's been described as my Wuthering Heights dress and it does make me want to flounce around. I tend to cross the tie over at the back and tie it at the front as I don't want to be leaning on a bow - gives me more coverage as well. I agree with other comments about the shoulders slipping a bit though.

I've had so many compliments on this dress! It's true to size and looks absolutely gorgeous, really good quality.
So... Hear me out. The dress is beautiful. I love the style, the tie back, the sleeves, the slits. However, the shoulders slide down if I don't pull down the waistband but it always slides up a bit. I tried to tie the back very tightly but it always loosens a bit and I might end up with my chest out. I think the problem is that while having the dress in size 12 (due to my waist being 78 cm), my chest isn't big enough to fill it in (my usual bra size is 70B or 75A, depends). I'll be adding a chain or extra strap to keep the shoulders in place. I get that this is a risk with such a style of dress and I could return it. But I like it too much and live in the EU so the hassle of returning it isn't worth it.
i got this dress for my engagement photos and it is absolutely perfect! it fits perfectly and it’s such a pretty dress on. i can’t wait to take our photos in such a beautiful dress :)
