HOW IT WORKS
01. VISIT OUR PORTAL
Visit our returns portal for easy self-service returns & exchanges all in one place. Simply input your order number (with hashtag) and e-mail, and hit "Start Return" to bring up all your order details.
Please note you have 28 days from the date your order was delivered to start a return. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags still attached.
02. SWAP IT (UK ONLY)
We've made your exchanges easy in the UK (See our FAQ for international exchange information). Select the garment you wish to exchange, and follow the steps to select the item you wish to receive in return. Whether its a different size, or totally different garment, our user-friendly portal will guide you through the process with ease.
03. REFUND IT
Changed your mind? Doesn't work for you? Refund your items with a few clicks. You can select a refund via your payment method, or choose to refund to a MW gift card with a special bonus to spend in store next time.
04. SHIPPING MADE SIMPLE
Shipping your MW items back to us couldn't be easier. No printer? No problem. Select your shipping service and follow the instructions to notify us to expect your return.

OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOW PAPERLESS.
You have 28 days from the date your order was delivered in which to return your item to us for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Any returns received outside of the 28 day window will be processed at Mary Wyatt's discretion and subject to an exchange or store credit only.
For UK and ROW returns please allow approximately 5-7 working days for your refund/exchange to be processed once delivered at Mary Wyatt HQ.
For US returns Please allow approximately 7-10 working days for your refund/store credit to be processed once delivered at our US returns warehouse.
Returns processing windows may be longer during peak periods. If you have not heard from us within 10 working days please contact help@marywyattlondon.com.
You will be refunded for the cost you paid for the item/s only (deducting any discount codes used). Postage costs and any international import fees/VAT will not be refunded.
