The Sidney is crafted from a premium, durable, water-repellent material and is cut with an oversized silhouette – the perfect transitional layering piece to see you through the seasons.

Featuring adjustable D-ring wrist closures and a button-up front; the Sidney Oversized Trench Coat has an adjustable waist tie for the option to shape the coat to compliment your figure or to wear it open for more dramatic styling. This oversized trench coat is finished with D-ring detail to the back, and two generous front pockets and is fully lined with our exclusive black-on-black MW monogram.

Trench coat

This trench coat is amazing , it’s a good oversized fit ! I’m a size 10 and got the 2 and fits perfectly!
I love it , however the material does crease a lot and hoping that they drop out on their own as don’t think I can iron this due to nature of fabric

Huge!! Not sure about quality just yet, but looks great on.

I knew this coat was going to be oversized, but it is absolutely HUGE! I'm 5'8, 200lb and usually a Large or US10 in clothing. I ordered a 3 in this coat and was also swimming in it. It looks quite good with a fitted outfit underneath, but anything else and it makes me look like I'm 2 kids hiding in a trench coat.

There are some unfinished edges in certain details (like under the waist belt loops and cuff loops), which I'm not a huge fan of as usually MW quality is great. The sleeve D-rings also come undone fairly often with regular movement.

Cool waterproof trench

Cool jacket, but very, VERY oversized. I'm usually a US large or UK 12 in Mary Wyatt shirts and got a size 3 in this jacket and I was totally swimming in it. I got it altered so now it's a great fit and I love it but I would definitely recommend sizing down 1-2 sizes depending on what you measure yourself as.

As noted in the title and description, this coat has a purposely oversized fit - however we appreciate this isn't for everyone, and some customers may prefer a more regular, fitted shape.
